LOS ANGELES & EUROPEAN GARNACHA/GRENACHE: WINEMAKERS EXCLUSIVE SPRING TASTING
A new stop in the European Garnacha/Grenache roadshow – walkaround tasting took place in Los Angeles on April 26th organized by the Asociación Garnacha Origen from Spain and the Conseil Interprofessionnel des Vins du Roussillon /CIVR of France. At this event, American experts (the media, sommeliers, catering and hospitality professionals, and distributors) were able to discover first-hand the great quality and flavor of European Garnacha/Grenache Quality Wines through an exquisite tasting and a talk with the producers of the European Garnacha/Grenache Quality Wines Program.
They were also able to attend a seminar led by one of the world’s leading experts on Garnacha, Eric Aracil, Associate Manager of this project, and Carolina de Funes, Manager of this program European Garnacha/Grenache Quality Wines, who delved into the history of this variety, the old vines, and its unique geographical location.
